Alice Farmer

Alice Page Farmer, 91, of Petersburg, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Leroy H. and Molly Traylor Farmer. Ms. Farmer was a retired Civil Service Employee. She is survived by a niece, LeAnn Stanley Binger and husband, Roy; a sister, Helen F. Stanley; great nephews, John Andrew (Drew) Copeland Jr. and Raymond E. (Tres) Spain III; great-great-niece, Erin Copeland all of Petersburg. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2009 in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg with the Reverend Carl Cosslett officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Richard Bland College Foundation, 11301 Johnson Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
