Anne Elizabeth Floyd, of Chesterfield, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday September 15, 2026, at the age of 94. She is proceeded in death by her husband Melvin E "Pat" Floyd, her brother James Petterson (wife Nancy), Her father and mother, Cecil E and Avis Tetter Peterson. She is survived by her son's Kevin L Floyd, Jeffery K Floyd, and three daughter-in-laws Sandy, Patti, and Sherrie Floyd. Her six grandchildren, Kristie Perkinson, (husband Rodger II) Jeffery "Krag" Floyd Jr, Erin Floyd, Bryan Floyd, (wife Elizabeth), Morgan Winfield, (husband Harris), and Kyle Floyd. Her five great grandchildren Tre and Lance Perkinson, Zoey Floyd, Elly and Sutton Winfield.

Anne was a lifelong member of Centralia Presbyterian Church and an active member of the Chester YMCA where she enjoyed swimming. She always put others before herself and loved with all her heart. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. To know her was to love her and she was a blessing to all.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday September 22, 2026, 11:00AM Hollywood Cemetery 412 S. Cherry St Richmond, VA 23220. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to Centralia Presbyterian Church 4625 Centralia Rd, Chester, VA 23831 or the Chester YMCA 3011 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 23831.
