Betty O'Berry

Betty B. O'Berry, 83, of Colonial Heights, passed away Friday, July 13, 2018 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was born July 13, 1935 in Maryland and was the daughter to the late Walter and Nellie Bridges. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 35 years, Robert E. O'Berry Jr. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend that thoroughly enjoyed her reading, dancing, and finding a good deal on an antique. She is survived by her children, Evelyn O'Berry, Joan Smith, Robert E. O'Berry III and wife, Michelle, Anna Hogwood and husband, Chris, grandchildren, Dustin Kump, Philip O'Berry, Matthew Anderson, and Megan Hare; great-grandchildren, DJ Kump, Donovan Kump, Daylin Kump, Danielle Ellsworth, and Savannah Hare; siblings, Randy, Larry, Marvin, Kenny, Sandy, Lenny, Linda, and Sharon; and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes.
