Carl Ray Bryant

Carl R. “Pete” Bryant, 91, of Chesterfield, native of Isle of Wight County, son of the late Walter and Bessie Bryant, passed on December 10, 2024. He is preceded in death by his wife, June Bryant; and a daughter, Bobbi Jo Bryant.

Carl was the former owner of Pete’s Car Clinic and Pete’s Automobile. He loved his family, and drag racing. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict.

He is survived by his son, Rick Bryant (Wendy); daughter, Tami Fry (Jessie); brother, Buck Bryant of Dinwiddie; and grandchildren, Heather Rae Jordan, and Kendall Bryant.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December, 14, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. The Family will be accepting friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024 at the funeral home.
