Carolyn Jeanette Froggatt, 77, of Prince George passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024. Born October 25, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Earl B. and Francis C. Wagner.

Carolyn dedicated many years of her life to the field of accounting, where she served as an accountant assistant. Later in her career, she transitioned seamlessly into the role of administrative assistant for the Prince George Industrial Development Authority, where she diligently contributed for eight years before retiring.

Away from the demands of her professional life, Carolyn found immense joy in exploring the world, with a special fondness for the tropical landscapes of Hawaii. She made it a point to visit the islands every year, creating cherished memories and forming a deep connection with the culture and beauty of the Aloha State.

However, Carolyn's most cherished role and greatest accomplishment was that of being a mother. She poured her love, wisdom, and warmth into her family, leaving an lasting mark on the hearts of her children and those fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her loving husband, David C. Froggatt, Jr.; sons, David Froggatt III and wife, Angel, Mark Froggatt and wife, Connie, and Todd Froggatt and wife, Cindi; grandchildren, David Froggatt IV and wife, Monica, Lindsay Gulledge and husband, Will, Heather Froggatt and husband, Sam Bernhard, Laura Froggatt, Matthew Froggatt, Megan Florin and husband, Tristan, Michael Froggatt, Kaitlyn Beene; great-grandchildren, Layla and Camden Froggatt, Aria, Ace and Oakley Gulledge; brother, Daryl Wagner; and other extended family members.

Interment will be private. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com
