Charlene Riley, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and homemaker, passed away on October 22, 2026. She was a resident of Colonial Heights, Virginia, and will be lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Charles William Riley Jr. and Martha Elisabeth Riley, Brother Charles (Buck) William Riley III. 

She leaves behind her loving husband, William E. Toth Sr.; her son, William E. Toth Jr.; her daughter, Kelly Joy Burton, and her husband, Ralph (Jody) Burton Jr.; and her sister, Colleen Riley. Charlene’s legacy of love continues through her cherished grandchildren, McKenzie Elisabeth Moneymaker (Trey), Cody Keith Early, Owen Brian Kirkpatrick, and Evan Riley Kirkpatrick; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Emery Elisabeth Moneymaker, Laken Riley Moneymaker, and Cade Franklin Moneymaker. She will also be dearly missed by her beloved dog, Tess, who held a special place in her heart. As a homemaker, Charlene devoted her life to her home and family. She will be remembered with love by those closest to her, and her memory will live on through the generations of family she leaves behind. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she shared will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A graveside service honoring Charlene’s life will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newbys Bridge Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
