Baby Desmond Ashton Dodds

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Desmond Ashton Dodds, who graced us with his presence for just three short days, from May 2, 2024, to May 5, 2024. 

Desmond is survived by his devoted parents, Kayla and Billy Dodds, whose love for him was boundless from the moment he was born. He is also cherished by his grandparents, Dorothy and Ronald Bryan, Connie Clark, and Paul Dodds; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service to honor Desmond will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024 in Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 19600 Halloway Ave, Petersburg, VA 23803. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at church.

Rest in peace, sweet Desmond. You were too precious for this world, and you will be forever missed and eternally loved.
