Dorothy Vedomske Munford

Dorothy Vedomske Munford, 90, of Prince George passed away at her home on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.  Born February 16, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Mike and Verona Janosko Vedomske, and was preceded in death by her husband, Lear C. Munford, Sr.; sister, Margaret Smith; brothers, Cyril, William, Ben and Robert Vedomske.

Mrs. Munford was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Carson, Virginia.  She was a retired office manager of Munford’s TV and Electronic Supply in Petersburg. 

She is survived by her son, Lear C. Munford Jr.; daughter, Patricia Ann Munford; beloved dog, Bridget; and numerous friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shiloh Baptist Church, 18310 Halifax Road, Carson, Virginia 23830.  Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Crater Road Chapel of the E.
