Dr. Stephen Bissell

Dr. Stephen L. Bissell departed this life on January 8, 2023. He begins his next life becoming one in Spirit with his bride Germaine and his Saviour.
"Dr. B" leaves a legacy of gratitude, kindness and generosity for countless people in the Tri-Cities -- with his patients, with his co-workers and with his family and friends. His singular wit in West Virginia style will be missed and remembered.
Please join us in celebrating a life well-lived, the countless stories that only Steve could tell, the example of a great husband and father, and of a trail-blazer in his community.
