Edgar Bass Jr.

Edgar Franklin Bass Jr., 75, of Colonial Heights, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Born on September 11, 1946, in Lumberton, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Edgar F. Bass Sr. and Marjorie P. Bass.

Edgar retired from Philip Morris in Richmond, Virginia with 26 years of dedicated work as an engineer. In his spare time, he was an avid woodworker, creating one-of-a-kind pieces for his family and home.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Bass; daughters, Amy and Anna; son, John; grandchildren, Stella and Robert; sisters, Ruth and Elva; and many other extended family members.
