Felton Henry Ragar Jr.

Felton Henry Ragar Jr., age 86, of Colonial Heights, Virginia, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025. Born on June 24, 1938, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Felton Ragar Sr. and Mary Ferrara.

Henry was a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi and enjoyed a successful career with Georgia Pacific, from which he retired in 1996. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Virginia.

A long-time member of the Emporia Country Club, Henry was an avid golfer. He also cherished time spent vacationing at the beach, though perhaps nothing delighted him more than a winning hand at the blackjack table.

He is survived by his children: daughters Wendy Greene, Susan Pastorfield and husband Randy; and son Jeff Ragar and wife Shirley; sister Margaret and husband Joe; four grandchildren, Sarah Orren and husband Ryan, Brandon Greene, Brooke Robertson and Nikki Wilson; four great grandchildren Dylan Orren, Gavin and Isabella Wilson, and Salem Robertson.

A private memorial service will be held by the family.
