George “Bobby” Robert Nagle, 67, born on April 14, 1958, passed away suddenly on Friday, October 3, 2025, while at work. He resided in Petersburg, VA, with his beloved wife, Maria Fe Nagle.
He was the son of the late Marie Nagle Jones and Elmer Connor Nagle in Trucksville, PA. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Bruce W. Nagle of Plymouth, PA; and his sisters, Maureen L. Nagle of Wyoming, PA and Shari Marie Amann of Trucksville, PA.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sisters, Patricia Lorah of Pittsburg, PA, and Karen Nagle Gardzalla of Drums, PA; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
George, also known as “Bobby,” attended Dallas Senior High School in Dallas, PA. His career led him to Plastic Arts sign of Wilkes-Barre, PA, and also to J.D. Fields & Company, Inc., formerly known as L.B. Foster, in Dinwiddie County as a plant foreman and yard manager. His hobbies included riding dirt bikes, playing video games for fun, and being a workaholic.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. The family will receive friends following the service till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
