Harriet Gibbs

Harriet Elizabeth Gibbs “Penny”, 74 of Chester, passed away peacefully to be with The Lord, Thursday, December 24, 2020.  Penny was born August 12, 1946 to the late John and Lucille Palmer Hilliard.  She is survived by her husband, Richard Augustus Gibbs; daughter, Karen Elizabeth Gibbs; and sister Barbara Grabowski. She loved animals Penny was a high-spirited person and loved making people laugh.  She always looked at the bright side and had a positive spin on life.
