Jean Denny Lewis, 91, of South Chesterfield, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Born in Chesterfield County on September 16, 1934, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas Denny and Myrtle Ethel Vincent Denny. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Cederic Thomas Lewis, and her six siblings.

Jean was a member of Ivey Memorial Methodist Church in South Chesterfield, Virginia. She enjoyed golfing and tennis, and was very dedicated to taking her daily walks. Jean also dearly loved the many dogs she and her husband cared for over the years.

She is survived by her loving family, who will forever cherish her memory and the love she shared with them throughout her life.

A private burial will take place in Southlawn Memorial Park, S Prince George, Virginia. Arrangements are by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834.
