“Jeannie” Jean P Pritchett, 77 of Colonial Heights, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Born in Petersburg, Virginia, on March 26, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Ruth P. Shredl and Gerald W. Perkinson. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 35 years, Karl W. Pritchett Jr.

Over the years with determination and creativity she owned and operated successful businesses within the local community and was known for her stylish design that enhanced several notable buildings within the Tri-Cities area.

She is survived by her children, Julie Wamsley (Michael) of Carson, Virginia, and Jason Miller (Brooke) of Richmond, Virginia; four grandchildren, Drew, Lexy, Matthew, and Natalie; a trio of great-grandchildren; as well as her four siblings, Judy Burke, Joanie Burgess, Janie Deboer, and Joe Shredl; and many loved nieces, and nephews.
