Kenneth W. Milton

Kenneth W. Milton, age 72, entered into eternal rest on March 19,  2024. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Calvin Mayes Milton, and his mother, Audrey Nadine Milton. Surviving him is his devoted wife, Vera Lynn Milton; his daughter, Kristin Nicole Milton; son, Jason Todd Millis and wife, Lisa Michelle Millis; and grandsons, Hunter Todd Millis and Conner Wade Millis. Kenny is also survived by his brother, Donald J. Milton and wife, Verna Milton; and cousin and lifelong friend, Joeseph Radcliff.  

 Kenneth was a lifetime member and past president of the Dinwiddie County Volunteer Rescue Squad. Kenneth served for 10 years in the United States Army Reserves. He was a graduate of Evans Business College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Kenneth spent many years working in the insurance industry at his family-owned company, Milton and Associates.  Kenny was an avid golfer and member of several golf leagues. He also played semi pro football for many years. Kenny retired in 2022 to enjoy fishing , golfing , and spending time with his wife, children, and many friends. Kenny was a kind and caring man who was loved dearly by friends and family. Kenny was very devoted to his wife ,Vera Lynn. 

 There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Cameron Avenue Church of Christ 601 Cameron Avenue Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.. Arrangements are by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes.
