Kevin Lee Renn

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin Lee Renn, who passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024 at the age of 53. Born May 27, 1970, he was the son of the late Patricia Walters Brown and John Burns Renn, Jr.

Kevin dedicated 35 years of his career to Hajoca Corporation as an outside salesman. Throughout his tenure, he built strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike, always known for his expertise and dedication. 

Outside of work, Kevin's true joy was found on the water. Whether he was on a lake, navigating a river, or cruising the ocean, he found peace and happiness with the waves beneath him and the open sky above. His boat was his sanctuary, a place where he created countless memories.

Above all, Kevin adored his family, especially his grandchildren. He spent as much time as possible with them, sharing his love for the water and life’s simple pleasures. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he treasured every moment with them, instilling in them his love of adventure and joy for life.

Kevin leaves behind his loving wife of 16 years, Teresa L. Renn; four children, Tommy Renn, Brad Renn, Keirstyn Alves, Kristian Alves; grandchildren, Kylo Renn, Keaton Alves, Ryker Parrick, Rylee Alves, Kya Parrick; sister, Linda Bowen; brother, Josh Brown and wife, Kelsey; several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many beloved friends.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.
