Kimberly Wolfe Miles

Kimberly Wolfe Miles, 61, of North Chesterfield, VA, passed away on a cold, crisp autumn morning on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. She was born on August 18, 1963 in Morgantown, WV.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur William Wolfe. She is survived by her children, Haley Michelle Miles and Hunter William Miles; mother, Mary Wolfe; brother, Jerry Wolfe; nieces, Heather Carty (Neil) and Brenna Burnette (Tommy); great-nieces and nephews, Paityn, Ava, and Maddox Carty and Keira and Clayton Burnette; beloved dogs, Gumbo and Lola; grand-dog, Brody; and many other extended family members and friends.

Kim worked for Smurfit-Westrock in Sandston, VA as a customer service representative for 17 dedicated years. Kim was fun-loving, fiercely independent, and strong-willed. Her excellent taste in music and talent in the kitchen were just a few of the many qualities that her family and friends cherished. She was known as “T-Kim” to her great nieces and nephews, loved her dogs, was affectionately known as “Maw Maw” to her grand-dog, and adored her family immensely. She was also very crafty, and enjoyed making wreaths. Kim loved the spirit of fall, especially Halloween, because it gave her the perfect excuse to fill her home with creative, spooky decorations that everyone admired.

A funeral service will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a visitation at the funeral home. The family will receive friends following the service for a gathering.
