Loraine Lovering

Loraine "Dot" Lovering, 90, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the Colonial Heights Health Care Center. Born in Lumberton, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Annie Smith Hammond, and was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Hammond. She is survived by her children, April Lovering Page and husband, Charles R. and Harold Lovering Jr. and wife, Carol; grandchildren, Mackenzie & Mason Page, Seth & Heath Lovering, and Pamela Taylor; a great-granddaughter, Ashli Griffith; three great-great-grandchildren, Nathan, Taz Jr. and Abigail; three sisters, Esterline, Jessie Lee and Bonnie. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2013 in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
