IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Michael William
Clemens
March 1, 1958 – February 6, 2026
Michael “Mike” W. Clemens, 67, of Colonial Heights went home to be with our Lord on February 6, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, William “Bill” Clemens and Barbara “Bobbi” Clemens. He is survived by 2 children, Kristin M. Musick and Dillon M. Clemens; 2 grandchildren, Addison “Addy” and Kayden; siblings, Patricia “Patti” Mitchell (Danny), Gregory “Greg” Clemens (Helen), Nancy Boswell (Johnny), David Clemens (Katie); and his partner of many years and devotion, Susan R. Watts; as well as 6 nieces and nephews.
Born in Evansville, Indiana, and moved to Colonial Heights in 2nd grade, he graduated and joined the United States Air Force. He bought his first 1968 Camaro, and it was a “work in progress” for years. He worked for several years for the “State of Va” VDOT, and Riverside Jail, but he loved his job at Southern Construction the best. When he retired, he went back to Southern Construction as a CDL truck driver until his health declined. Other than his love for “Fast” cars was his love of his country. You could always see a flag being flown on his front porch. He will be missed by many, but especially his family.
A private service will be held at a later date. In Lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice or plant a tree in his memory.
Services are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory.
Condolences may be registered at ealvinsmall.com.
