Nelda June Tester, 80, of Colonial Heights, VA went home to the Lord on June 28, 2026. She has joined her baby girl, Laura, in heaven.

Nelda regularly visited the mountains of West Virginia, where she grew up. She also loved to relax on the beach. At home she spent time tending to her flower garden.

She is survived by her son, Keith Campbell, daughter, Amanda Farnham (Scott), sisters, Clara Mullins, Phyllis Greer (Billy), grandchildren, Madison Farnham, Luke Farnham, Melanie Farnham, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Nelda was a foundation in her community, spending years as a CNA, teacher’s aide, and state employee. In her early years, she was a member of the Junior Women’s Club of Colonial Heights, and translated sign language at church.
