Norman Wong

Norman Wong, age 83, passed away December 2, 2020. He was the son of Leung Wai Wong and Lucy Wong Seyfert.  He is survived by his wife, Annie; and his sister, Edith McAra; and numerous nieces & nephews. Norman was born in Montreal, Canada but lived most of his life in Virginia. After earning his degree in Engineering from the College of William & Mary, he went to work for NASA in California.  He returned to Petersburg to help his mother run the Canton Restaurant; and years later, he worked as a computer analyst at Fort Lee.
