Patricia Urda

Patricia Burnette Urda,64, of Bracey, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 24, 2022. Born in Virginia on November 20, 1957, she was the daughter to the late Jimmy and Ruth Burnette. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Burnette; and her in-laws, Edward and Patricia Urda, Sr.

She was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church. She was also a devoted teacher, nurse, and caregiver for Mecklenburg County Public Schools for many years.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Eddie Urda, Jr.; her daughters, Allison Mull (Josh), and Lindsey O’Quinn (Kenny); son, Ryan Urda (Desiree); grandchildren, William Mull, Kaine Motley, Ethan Motley, and MaKayla Urda; siblings, Howard Burnette (Pam), Mary Livesay, Lynda Slade (Victor); half-brother, Randy Burnette; stepfather, Joseph Lewis; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 1:00p.m. at Western Heights Baptist Church, 24416 Cox Rd. Petersburg, Virginia 23803. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, S. Prince George, Virginia 23805.
