Pauline Seymour Pulley, 86, of Colonial Heights passed away on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born in Sussex County, she was the daughter of the late Otho T. and Harriet Collins Jarratt, and was preceded in death by her first husband, Ellek B. Seymour Sr., her second husband, James A. Pulley Sr., a son, Ellek B. Seymour Jr., a daughter, Rose Marie Stafford, a brother, Otho T. Jarratt Jr. and two sisters, Willia Mae Farr and Edna Earl Kidwell. Mrs. Pulley was a member of Power's Memorial Baptist Church and the Hopewell Moose Lodge. She also attended Prince George Congregational Christian Church. She is survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; and special caregiver and sister, Peggy Brinker and Gloria Kollmann, two brothers Everett Jarratt and Clifton Jarratt. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Reedville Baptist Church Cemetery, 20158 Princeton Road, Stony Creek, VA 23882 with the Reverend Dr. Robert Breckenridge officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
