Pearl Agnes Clark, 83, of Colonial Heights, passed away Monday, September 5, 2022. She was born on July 26, 1939 in New York to the late Lillian and Charles Roy. Mrs. Clark was a member of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church and served her country as part of the WAVES in the United States Navy in the late 1950’s. She was a longtime volunteer for the Colonial Heights Food Pantry, and also used her skill in crocheting to help local hospice organizations. She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 30 years, Carl C. Clark. She is survived by her children, Norma Jean Clark and Robert Allen Clark; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; close friend of over 40 years, Connie Hatton; and her family at St. Michael’s. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, Virginia 23831. Following interment, guests are invited to return to St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, 501 Old Town Drive, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834, for a service and reception where all are welcome. Flowers are welcome, or in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Colonial Heights Food Pantry (www.chfoodpantry.org).
