Rhonda Gail Lobaugh

Rhonda "Gail" Lobaugh, passed away Sunday, August 31,2025 surrounded by a loving family. Born November 4, 1953, she dedicated her life to creating a home for husband, Richard and son, Paul. Gail's greatest loves were family, shopping and decorating. She spent hours in her flower garden, which shows its colorful beauty. She is survived by her husband, Richard, son, Paul grandsons, Travis, Joseph and Hunter, great granddaughter, Sage and devoted sister Ann Shinault. A memorial visitation will be held Friday, September 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
