Robin Scearce, whose laughter, love, and humor lifted everyone around her, passed peacefully surrounded by her family.
Robin was known for her quick wit, her gift of storytelling, and her deep compassion. She could make a room laugh in an instant, and her words, whether spoken or written, carried honesty, warmth, and wisdom.
To those blessed to know her, she was more than family or friend; she was a confidant, a safe place, and a true best friend.
Her greatest joy in life was raising her beloved daughters, Emily and Catherine, who were the center of her world and the reflection of her love. She poured her heart into them, giving them strength, laughter, and unconditional love that will remain with them forever.
Robin shared a deep and inseparable bond with her mother, Sandra Blue. More than mother and daughter, they were best friends whose closeness was clear to everyone. Sandra was Robin’s greatest supporter, and Robin’s love for her mother was one of the defining relationships of her life.
Robin leaves behind her loving husband, Larry, her cherished daughters, Emily and Catherine and her mother, Sandra Blue.
She is also survived by her siblings, Kimberley Blue, Bill Blue, Rebekah Mock, and David Blue, as well as her loving aunts, Nancy Clark and Brenda Leonard with whom she shared countless moments of love, laughter, and togetherness.
Many cousin's, nieces and nephews who loved their Aunt Robin and left to cherish her memories.
Though her time with us feels far too short, Robin’s spirit lives on in the countless memories she created with her family and friends. She taught us the importance of laughter in dark times, love in every season, and faith that carries us through all things.
Robin has entered her eternal rest, reunited in heaven with her beloved grandmother, Mildred “Bigmomma” Clark, whose love shaped so much of Robin’s life. Their reunion is a comfort to those who grieve, knowing they are together again in the presence of God.
As Scripture reminds us: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Robin’s life will be remembered as one filled with joy, devotion, and love that never ends.
A celebration of Robin’s life will be held with family and friends, honoring her in the way she lived, full of laughter, love, and togetherness.
