Salvatore Passalacqua

Salvatore Jacob Lee “Sal”, 29, departed this life on Friday January 28, 2022.  He is survived by his parents Michele and Gavin Landry and Giancarlo Passalacqua, his grandparents Marie Ascenza and Edgardo Scian, and Shirley and Vaughn Jones, and great-grandmother Hazel Cobb, five uncles, one aunt, nine cousins and other extended family and his beloved cat Lucky.  He was predeceased by his grandfather Pietro Passalacqua. Sal was an avid baseball fan and loved the Baltimore Orioles.  He also enjoyed playing guitar, video games, reading, cooking, and working out.  He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed, but we take comfort in knowing that Sal is now at peace and surrounded by light.  A funeral mass will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 6, 2022, at St. Ann Catholic Church 17111 Jefferson Davis Highway Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.  with Farther Ernest Bulinda officiating.  Interment will be private.  The family will receive friends Sunday one hour prior to the service at the church from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
