Timothy James Whitley, 65, of Disputanta, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2026.

Timothy retired from Honeywell after many years of dedicated service. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time on the water fishing and boating, finding peace in the outdoors.

He also took great pride in attending to his garden, especially his beloved tomato plants, which were thriving under his care. Timothy was happiest when surrounded by the simple things he loved and the people who meant the most to him.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Louise Marie Whitley; and his sons, Kyle Whitley and Travis Whitley.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Janet Lamney; his grandson, Conner Whitley; his daughter-in-law, Victoria Belvin; and his lifelong friend, Mike Hammond, along with many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Timothy will be remembered for his love of family, his enjoyment of the outdoors, and the lasting friendships he cultivated throughout his life.
