William Turner

William Andrew “Andy” Turner, 60 of Matoaca, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022.  He was born August 24, 1961, to the late Calvin Andrew and Mildred Chappell Turner.  Andy is survived by his cousin and loving caretaker, Janice Payne Turner; two very special cousins, Jason Matthew Turner and Kimberly Turner Voxland; and many other friends and family.  Growing up Andy attended Matoaca United Methodist Church.  He enjoyed superheroes, including Spiderman, Superman, and Batman.  Andy loved a good cheeseburger and french fries and could not go without his Diet Coke. He also had a passion for country music. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 6, 2022, at The Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. A funeral service will be private.
