Frances Hayes

Frances Powell Hayes, 97 of Colonial Heights passed away peacefully to be with The Lord, Friday, January 8, 2021.  Frances was born July 21, 1923 to the late Ivey and Gladys Dickens Powell.  She was preceded in death by her husband Clinton C. Hayes; Frances is survived by her daughter, Charlene Tom; two sons, Don L. Hayes and Clinton C. Hayes, Jr.; four grandchildren, Charmane Smith, Jason Hayes, Bridger Hayes, and Jamie Hayes; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and sister, Lois Brown.  A private graveside service will be held at Southlawn Memorial Park.  Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
