Francine Johns

Francine “Cookie” Johns, 64 of South Chesterfield, passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021.  She was born June 9, 1957.  Francine was preceded in death by her father, Malvin Eugene Johns.  She is survived by her long-time life partner of 22 years, Andrew Stuart Elder; mother, Patricia Johns Seaman; brother James E. Johns; two sisters, Elaine J. Reed and Rachel J. Thomas; Aunt Margaret Massey; nephew, Chase B. Reeves, Jeffrey E. Johns; niece Kimberlyn J. Nasser; and as well as a large host of cousins and friends.  Francine loved her flower garden and cats.  A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Woodlawn Baptist Church, 3120 Woodlawn Avenue Colonial Heights, VA 23834.  E.
