Sonya Jones

Sonya Carol Jones, 58 of Colonial Heights passed away to be with The Lord, Thursday June 25, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her mother Virginia Gordon.  Sonya is survived by her husband, Jerry Jones; two daughters, Amy Jones (Craig Wooden) and Angie Clatterbuck (Jason); four grandchildren, Craig Wooden III, William Wooden, Kamden Clatterbuck, and Kasey Clatterbuck; father, Richard Gordon; and brother, Ricky Gordon.  Sonya was a member of the CERT team for Colonial Heights.  She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church in Colonial Heights.  Sonya was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by everyone that knew her.  A memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Woodlawn Baptist Church, 3120 Woodlawn Ave, Colonial Heights, Va. 23834.
